How your details are used in the purchase status tracker.

Who is responsible for your information

Your law firm or real estate agency decides what is recorded about your purchase and why, so it is the one responsible for your information. MFA Global Solutions Ent. runs the tracker for them and handles your information only on their instructions.

What is recorded

Your name, your mobile number and, if you gave one, your email address, the property you are buying, and the progress of your purchase: which stage it is at, who is currently handling it, expected dates and short notes. Bank account details, identity numbers and documents are not stored here.

Why

To keep you informed about where your purchase stands, including progress messages sent to you by WhatsApp and, if you gave an email address and your firm or agency uses email updates, by email (every email has a link to stop them), and to let the people handling your purchase coordinate. Your details are not sold and are not used for advertising.

Who can see it

The staff at your firm or agency who handle your purchase, and you, through the private link you were sent. Anyone who has your link can see your status page, so please do not share it. The platform's administrator console shows only counts and never the details of a purchase.

Cookies

If you choose a language on your status page, one small cookie remembers that choice. Nothing else is tracked, and no advertising or analytics services are used.

How it is protected

Pages are served over HTTPS, staff sign in with individual accounts, passwords are stored hashed, each firm or agency can only reach its own cases, and changes to a case are logged.

How long it is kept

Closed purchases are deleted automatically after the retention period set for your firm or agency, and they can be deleted earlier on request.

Your rights

You can ask your firm or agency to show you what is recorded about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Ask them directly. They can download or delete your record themselves. For questions about the platform itself, write to no-reply@mfagsolutions.com.
